• This is a remote position. • Aquarius Strategies, Inc. has been retained to search for a National Sales Executive. • This individual is a seasoned sales professional who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, by developing and managing strategic relationships with key national accounts. • This role focuses on identifying and closing high-value deals, expanding market share, and achieving or exceeding sales targets within a national territory. • The Executive will be a key contributor to the overall national sales strategy and will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. • This role is with a well-established and growing organization (organic). • This organization prides itself on having a unique corporate environment, and experiences high employee satisfaction. • If you love teamwork, exploring ideas, and coming up with creative solutions, we’d be thrilled to talk to you!

🎯 Requirements

• New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the national market. • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients and market trends. • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. • Initiate and close complex large scale deals. • Sales Execution and Performance: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management. • Utilize CRM to track all sales activity. • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within key national accounts. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. • Identify and understand client needs, providing tailored solutions and exceptional customer service. • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer needs. • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on sales activities and progress. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. • Market Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends, and competitor activity. • Provide feedback to leadership regarding market conditions, and suggested changes to sales strategies.
