β€’ As a Customer Success Representative, you will work closely with clients to ensure value from our products. β€’ Establish and maintain strong relationships by understanding business needs and helping achieve goals. β€’ Manage relationships from contract signing through onboarding, implementation, and lifecycle. β€’ Strong technical acumen needed to communicate product requirements to the technical team. β€’ Monitor client engagement, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes. β€’ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, prepare reports, and provide insights for growth.

Requirements

β€’ B.A. or B.S. degree preferred or equivalent experience. β€’ 2+ years of Customer Success or Account Management related experience. β€’ Comprehensive understanding of pipeline revenue, forecasted revenue, and sales cycle revenue management with the ability to meet deadlines. β€’ Proven ability to drive continuous value of products. β€’ Proven interpersonal management skills and exceptional business acumen. β€’ Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work. β€’ Previous SaaS experience is a plus. β€’ Experience in the lending industry is a plus.
