β’ Seeking a Sales Engineer to lead sales efforts in Europe & Middle East region β’ Responsible for managing and growing key OEM accounts β’ Expand presence with Airlines and MROs β’ Drive new business growth β’ Work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to solve challenges β’ Represent Adams Rite Aerospace at industry events and meetings
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Business or related field (MBA is a plus) β’ 3-5 years of experience in aerospace, with preference for candidates with technical experience β’ Strong technical understanding of aerospace components and systems β’ Proven ability to identify customer challenges and collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions β’ Strong network within the aerospace sector, particularly with Airlines, MROs and OEMs β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills β’ Ability to travel and/or meet frequently with customers in the assigned region β’ Must reside in the UK
