• Results orientated - proven track record of performance • Organisational and time management skills • Attention to detail and exceptional quality standards • Good knowledge of financial models and catering P&Ls • Able to multi-task effectively • Effective strategic, analytical and decision making skills with innovative and creative ideas • Self-motivated & driven • Provides visionary leadership • Effective communication skills; oral, written, presentation, influencing and negotiation • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and ideally Salesforce or similar system • Influencing, coaching and motivating a diverse team • Successfully worked with a range of clients
