β€’ About Morse Micro: Morse Micro is at the forefront of wireless technology, revolutionizing the connectivity landscape with our innovative Wi-Fi HaLow solutions. β€’ Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to lead our strategic growth initiative in Europe. β€’ Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives. β€’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand Morse Micro's reach and impact. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and customers. β€’ Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with potential partners and clients. β€’ Collaborate with the executive team to align business development efforts with the overall company strategy. β€’ Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities. β€’ Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to the executive team. β€’ Own business development activities primarily in Australia, Europe and RoW based on the company priorities.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. β€’ Proven experience (15+ years) in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the technology sector, preferably in wireless communications or IoT. β€’ Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets. β€’ Strong network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of the wireless communications market. β€’ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. β€’ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
