📋 Description

• To drive new business for all Synexa services • Identifying and targeting new customers • Driving repeat business from existing customer base • Managing customers within an assigned geographical territory • Collaborating with proposals, contracts, inside sales, scientific strategies and operations to prospect • Working with proposals and scientific strategies to develop profitable quotes and sales proposals • Contract and price negotiation • Logging leads, opportunities and activities in CRM • Representing Synexa at industry events to drive brand awareness • Understanding market and customer needs to identify new areas for business growth • Need to be target driven, combined with strong technical/scientific understanding.

🎯 Requirements

• Requires clinical/lab CRO experience (Essential) • Requires at least a bachelor's degree in life sciences and >5 years' experience in CRO/Lab or other similar commercial roles. (Essential) • A strong customer contact list and connections in the field. (Desirable)
