Description

• Responsible for the strategic oversight and expansion of client accounts. • Focus on developing long-term relationships with key clients. • Drive revenue growth and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Lead and mentor a team of senior account managers. • Develop and execute comprehensive client account strategies. • Align client account plans with Argano's business objectives. • Establish and nurture relationships with senior client executives. • Drive revenue growth through effective account management and strategies. • Track account performance metrics and implement improvement plans. • Report on account status and revenue projections to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, expected. • MBA, relevant master's degree, or PhD preferred. • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue management. • Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting revenue targets. • Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts and deliver revenue growth. • Experience in the business and technology services industry is preferred. • Visionary Leadership: Ability to set a clear vision and inspire the team to achieve it. • Influence and Persuasion: Strong influencing skills to drive client decisions and company initiatives. • Collaborative Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of diverse client cultures and adapting strategies accordingly. • Mentorship: Skilled in mentoring and developing junior staff members. • Strategic Account Management: Advanced skills in managing and growing strategic accounts. • Market Analysis: Ability to conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities. • Sales Strategy Development: Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies. • Contract Management: Proficiency in managing complex contracts and agreements. • Technology Integration: Knowledge of integrating Argano's solutions into clients' existing technology stacks.
