• Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. • This role will primarily focus on selling a portfolio of innovative products and solutions within our Mobility business unit across the US and Canada. • Drive growth & scale of innovative solutions within the US & Canada. • Own the innovation Order Intake in North America (70% US & 30% Canada). • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies. • Identify and generate leads through various channels. • Manage Key Client relationships. • Collaborate with Marcomm to elaborate the marketing plan. • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports. • Support the GBA Innovation Manager during the Early Discovery and testing phases. • Assess client trends and challenges.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience working in a sales team and selling products and services to B2B. • A track record of selling products and services to public entities and agencies. • Experience in selling innovative and digital services and products that result in a significant impact on business models e.g. cost structures, revenue streams, new channels, opportunities in new markets, etc. • Experience in leading initiatives and in handling cross-functional responsibilities. • High energy and passionate about sales, innovation, and digital and whose values align with Arcadis’s culture • Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships and build trust with stakeholders at various levels in the organization and with external clients. • Able to create a new role in an existing structured organization • Analytics and problem-solving skills. Strategy development and delivery • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. • Knowledge and experience working for an engineering consultancy or professional services organization is desired, but not essential • Experience in the development of new value propositions, business model canvases, and investment cases specific to technology-enabled solutions / initiatives / products is desired, but not essential • Is creative and innovative with new sales tactics and ideas - this will be an asset
