Description

• Serve as primary contact for specialized trust and fiduciary services to high-profile accounts • Nurtures client relationships through high-quality service • Onboards new accounts and coordinates the account opening process • Reviews agreements and prepares internal documentation • Meets periodically with contacts and ensures timeliness of client deliverables • Directs Trust Administrators in various financial processes • Presents annual account reviews and participates in internal planning meetings • Facilitates participant communications related to funds and distributions • Complies with policies and procedures to promote procedural prudence • Identifies cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience • Strong MS Office skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Trust system experience (e.g., SEI’s Trust3000) • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other retirement industry certificates
