Description

• Develop compelling stories that convey the strategic value and impact of our LPI business to clients. • Lead multiple projects that require quantitative and qualitative thinking, problem framing, overall strategy formulation, on the representation of key business programs and processes. • Strengthen tracking systems that monitor initiative progress. • Provide regular status updates and report on initiative progress, including milestones, challenges and achievements. • Oversee the preparation and submission of high-quality, persuasive RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements and strategic storytelling. • Maintain a detailed knowledge of industry trends and competitive positioning to craft compelling and strategic proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project, program or product management. • Knowledge of mortgage servicing business is advantageous. • Understanding of internal product marketing strategies and best practices. • Prior experience in overseeing client relationships or delivering exceptional client services is preferred.
