Description

β€’ Responsible for forging and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and community partners. β€’ Conduct in-home sales consultations with families and support new care starts when necessary. β€’ Perform consultative sales processes, including outreach, referral qualification, and asking for the referral. β€’ Generate qualified referrals for potential client care consultations. β€’ Present All Trust marketing materials effectively and engage in targeted outreach. β€’ Answer potential client calls on nights and weekends to assist with care consultations.

Requirements

β€’ One year experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry required. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. β€’ Willing to travel 75% of the time in the field working with referral sources and clients. β€’ Comfort working within Honor & All Trust required systems & technologies, as well as proficiency in computer skills (calendars, documents, salesforce, slack, etc).
