β€’ Serves as the primary point of contact and liaison between clients and Assurant support teams. β€’ Plans, organizes, and coordinates daily activities to support client relationships. β€’ Develops and cultivates relationships with key clients to ensure business stability. β€’ Manages day-to-day interactions and client needs. β€’ Carries out execution of initiatives to promote revenue growth and engagement. β€’ Develops annual client business plans and leads client business reviews. β€’ Monitors and drives seamless execution of operations and service performance. β€’ Identifies client billing opportunities. β€’ Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. β€’ Prepares and presents operational performance reports.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ BS/BA degree in Supply Chain management and/or Operations. β€’ 4+ years in operations, sales and/or marketing experience. β€’ 3+ years interacting with mid to large clients and developing strategic relationships. β€’ Strong understanding of forward and reverse logistics supply chain processes. β€’ Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Ability to perform independently, drive execution. β€’ Working knowledge of key deal / contract elements. β€’ Effective communication skills (effective pitching to account stakeholders). β€’ Emerging industry knowledge. β€’ Strong product knowledge. β€’ Developing negotiation skills. β€’ Effectively cultivate relationships. β€’ Strong Organizational skills. β€’ Ability to lead cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively at all levels.
