Description

• Responsible for building business relationships with current customers • Complete discovery calls and partner with internal Subject Matter Experts • Profile clients and key contact points • Manage existing client accounts by developing long-term relationships • Deliver high impact presentations highlighting additional value to clients • Utilize virtual sales tools to demonstrate Asure solutions • Formulate and present proposals • Tracks transactions in Salesforce.com and reports information to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience • Experience selling a SaaS solutions preferred • Experience selling HCM, HR Software solutions preferred • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment • Experience managing multiple engagements effectively • Proven relationship building and client service skills • Strong organizational and follow up skills • Pro-active, results oriented and team oriented approach to sales • Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools • Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail • Track record of consistent over-achievement towards assigned goals
