• As an Account Manager on our Sales team you will be responsible for building business relationships with current customers • You will have experience prospecting, developing client opportunity profiles to generate sales engagements • Manage existing client accounts by developing long-term relationships with key contacts within clients • Identify opportunities within client accounts to enhance the scope of the Asure solution • Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts and/or account managers to properly address client and position Asure solutions • Utilize virtual sales tools to demonstrate Asure solutions to win new business opportunities • Formulate and present proposals to depict that outline the value of the proposed Asure solutions • Leverage Salesforce.com to manage and report results • Maintain and manage client group and sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned goals
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience • Experience selling a SaaS solutions preferred • Experience selling HCM, HR Software solutions preferred • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment • Experience managing multiple engagements effectively • Proven relationship building and client service skills • Strong organizational and follow up skills • Pro-active, results oriented and team oriented approach to sales • Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools • Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail • Track record of consistent over-achievement towards assigned goals
