Description

• Responsible for building business relationships with current customers • Uncover opportunities for Asure’s portfolio of solutions • Profile clients and key contact points • Establishing Client Opportunity Profile to identify needs and buying cycle • Manage existing client accounts by developing long-term relationships • Develop comprehensive understanding of client’s short and long term needs • Identify opportunities within client accounts to enhance Asure solution • Deliver high impact presentations designed to highlight additional value to clients • Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts and/or account managers • Utilize virtual sales tools to demonstrate Asure solutions • Formulate and present proposals to outline value of proposed Asure solutions • Execute sound financial agreements that are win-win solutions • Maintain and manage client group and sales funnel of new opportunities • Leverage Salesforce.com to manage and report results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience • Experience selling a SaaS solutions preferred • Experience selling HCM, HR Software solutions preferred • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment • Experience managing multiple engagements effectively • Proven relationship building and client service skills • Strong organizational and follow up skills • Pro-active, results oriented and team oriented approach to sales • Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools • Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail • Track record of consistent over-achievement towards assigned goals
