Description

• Responsible for IOA account management activities including client service and communications • Manages an assigned book of business, meeting all performance requirements regarding production, quality, and service • Regularly interacts with new and existing clients as needed on moderately to high complex P/L accounts • Responsible for devising creative solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and cost • Actively seeks to grow IOA business, including identifying and acting on sales opportunities • Creates and distributes client invoicing for any new business, renewals, or premium bearing transactions

Requirements

• 5+ years of insurance experience • College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required • All required active licensing – minimum of 20-44 • Advanced customer service skills • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, delegation and decision-making skills • Advanced verbal/written communication skills • Ability to perform substantial work volumes with high degrees of accuracy • PC proficiency, including basic knowledge of MS Office • Ability to read and interpret data for application in rational decision making • Exceptional personal character
