Description

• Our HR Sales Executive is pivotal in building and maintaining business relationships with new clients. • Involves business-to-business prospecting, nurturing existing relationships, and conducting demos. • Identify and develop prospects through curated lists and business development sales activities. • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically HR consulting sales experience required. • 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment. • Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred. • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Proven relationship building and client service skills. • Ambitious, positive attitude, and self-motivated.
