Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in RCM or software sales with a focus on outpatient therapy or similar healthcare sectors. β€’ Proven success in selling RCM services to outpatient therapy practices or alternative experience. β€’ Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes, including billing, collections, and compliance within healthcare settings. β€’ Consultative sales skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and customize solutions based on client needs. β€’ Ability to work independently, manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, and close deals in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear and compelling presentations.
