• 5+ years of experience in RCM or software sales with a focus on outpatient therapy or similar healthcare sectors. • Proven success in selling RCM services to outpatient therapy practices or alternative experience. • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes, including billing, collections, and compliance within healthcare settings. • Consultative sales skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and customize solutions based on client needs. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, and close deals in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear and compelling presentations.
