📋 Description

• Generate high-quality leads and fuel our inside sales pipeline. • Identify and research potential clients using online tools, databases, and social media platforms. • Develop targeted lists of prospects based on defined buyer personas and market segments. • Use outbound techniques (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to engage with potential clients. • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making processes. • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM software. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities. • Stay up-to-date on industry news, products, and solutions. • Work closely with the marketing team to execute and optimize lead-generation campaigns. • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates. • Establish initial contact and build rapport with prospects to create trust and interest. • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s products and services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales. • 2+ years of experience with strategic partnerships. • Proven ability to meet or exceed lead-generation targets. • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo). • Exceptional research and prospecting skills. • Ability to build relationships quickly and professionally. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
