📋 Description

• The Account Manager, Sales Support, is responsible for optimizing distribution sales processes and providing comprehensive analytics to support the sales team. • Analyze and validate sales data to ensure accuracy and reliability. • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics. • Manage all distribution programs and weekly sales tracking. • Monitor and manage inventory allocation and aging stock. • Perform data analysis and predictive forecasting to support sales and inventory planning. • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline distribution processes and improve efficiency. • Ensure Salesforce hygiene and data integrity. • Provide QBR reporting data. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, distribution, or a similar role within the IT industry. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Tableau. • Proficient in SharePoint, Salesforce, and sales software systems. • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. • Experience working in a high-growth, dynamic environment is preferred. • Prior experience in the technology or consumer electronics sector is preferred.
