📋 Description

• As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining customer accounts within the assigned territory. • Your strong sales acumen, coupled with your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs, will drive business growth, and contribute to our success. • Collaborating with a highly specialized sales team, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and provide tailored solutions to our customers in the assigned market. • Conduct face-to-face meetings, calls, and virtual interactions with prospects and customers to develop new business and maintain existing relationships. • Identify and pursue leads, manage prospects, and convert them into loyal customers within the territory. • Meet or exceed new business sales goals within the territory to contribute to overall company growth. • Implement strategic sales plans and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or 5 years experience in a related industry, such as Safety and Industrial Supply. • Solid understanding of industrial supplies, fasteners, safety products, and MRO solutions. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage customer accounts and sales leads. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with customers. • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the territory. • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite. • Experience with cold calling to obtain new business within the territory. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. • Limited overnight travel may be required.
