β€’ Act as a liaison between sales team and clients in food and beverage, retail, and hospitality industries β€’ Ensure customer satisfaction β€’ Contribute to an increase in sales β€’ Maintain company-client relationships β€’ Identify new potential customers β€’ Manage key accounts β€’ Resolve problems and handle complaints β€’ Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches β€’ Monitor and report on sales performance analytics β€’ Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years experience as an Account Executive, ideally selling to food & beverage, retail, or hospitality industries β€’ Hands on experience with customer satisfaction β€’ Ability to grasp clients needs and increase customer engagement β€’ Solid knowledge of CRM software β€’ Understanding of sales performance metrics β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills β€’ Analytical and time-management skills β€’ Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute customer facing presentations involving multiple stakeholders β€’ Confident, empathetic selling approach, ability to convey trust through strong verbal and written communication skills β€’ BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant experience

Benefits
