📋 Description
• Drive territory sales objectives by engaging with healthcare professionals. • Educate physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers about products and services. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines. • Achieve territory sales targets. • Meet call objectives with healthcare professionals. • Conduct educational discussions using clinical data across multiple indications. • Navigate complex healthcare systems and organizations. • Develop and execute territory business plans. • Maintain accurate administrative records and sample accountability. • Operate within assigned budgets. • Complete required training and maintain product knowledge. • Comply with industry regulations and company policies. • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders. • Address market access considerations within territory.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • Healthcare-related degree preferred • 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience preferred • Specialty therapeutic area experience preferred • Healthcare background is an asset • Strong communication and analytical abilities • Relationship building expertise • Team collaboration skills • Computer proficiency • Valid driver's license with clean record • Regular territory travel required
