Requirements

β€’ 2-4 years of CS experience required (ideally at a marketing technology company) β€’ Strong understanding of growth and retention techniques and strategies β€’ Previously have worked closely with engineering and product teams to define requirement and implement solutions β€’ Comfortable learning new software (for design, data management, and internal tools) β€’ Experience navigating complex work processes, tight timelines, and changing teams β€’ Extremely detail oriented and organized β€’ Experience in Salesforce or related CRM tools, and Customer Service Software like Catalyst or related tools β€’ Interest in software and entrepreneurship
