Requirements

β€’ 8-10 years of B2B enterprise SaaS experience, with 3-4 years of sales management experience. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers. β€’ Proven leader and motivator, with deep experience building and leading sales organizations. β€’ Experience in building/ leading a multi-product sales motion is a plus. β€’ Proven ability to establish scalable processes for setting expectations and ensuring team accountability. β€’ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives. β€’ Excellent operational and analytical abilities. β€’ An excellent and structured verbal and written communication.
