Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of account management experience, preferably in loyalty programs or fintech β€’ Demonstrated customer obsession, empathy, and exceptional active listening skills β€’ Passion for learning and insatiable curiosity about technology, loyalty programs, and client industries β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders β€’ Strong understanding of loyalty programs, digital wallets, and mobile payment technologies β€’ Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful product implementations β€’ Ability to envision simple, innovative solutions to complex problems in highly ambiguous situations β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and data privacy regulations β€’ Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends β€’ Bias for action, high judgment, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
