β’ 3-5 years of account management experience, preferably in loyalty programs or fintech β’ Demonstrated customer obsession, empathy, and exceptional active listening skills β’ Passion for learning and insatiable curiosity about technology, loyalty programs, and client industries β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders β’ Strong understanding of loyalty programs, digital wallets, and mobile payment technologies β’ Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful product implementations β’ Ability to envision simple, innovative solutions to complex problems in highly ambiguous situations β’ Familiarity with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and data privacy regulations β’ Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends β’ Bias for action, high judgment, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
