• About August Health • August is the modern platform for Senior Living operators: we empower the essential work of caring for all our elders. • Our mission is to ensure that operators centralize their resident data into our easy to use platform, allowing them to share data across their community, keep track of residents’ care needs and document progress accurately. • This position offers the opportunity to deeply embed yourself into the world of senior living operators and ensure their residents, caregivers, and overall operations are as good as they can possibly be.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a software sales person • Experience working in senior living is a huge plus • Highly personable, professional, and organized • Maintain, build and own specific relationships including existing relationships and aspirational contacts • Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment that’s full of ambiguity - experience balancing tradeoffs to make complex decisions where there is no ‘right’ answer • Strong communication and personal skills; ability to interact and work well with the team • Solutions-oriented self-starter • Have an intuitive sense of necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation • Interest in development of company culture and its reflection in our sales motion • Willingness to travel 25%-50%
