• Aura is looking for a Product Analyst to help build the future of Aura’s business as we bring loved ones closer together through our interactive WiFi-enabled photo frames. • As a customer-focused, data-obsessed product analyst, you will identify actionable, data-driven insights that will help the product team prioritize amazing consumer-facing experiences used by millions of users globally. • As a collaborative team member, you will work with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify and solve impactful problems for our users and our business. • Work with a team of PMs and engineers to measure results and deliver insights on proposed and existing features. • Generate forecasts and product usage models for the Aura ecosystem, including monthly active users, app engagement, frame interaction, retention and growth. • Develop, maintain and monitor Aura’s customer segmentation based on user attributes and behavior. • Uncover data-driven insights that highlight new product opportunities for the business. • Deeply understand our users and their behavior. Work closely with marketing partners to correlate in-app behavior to revenue. • Work closely with the rest of the organization to deeply understand our ambitious business goals.

Requirements

• You have 3 or more years of experience as a product analyst or data scientist at a consumer-facing app or business, preferably with millions of users. You have experience working with both with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Pendo, etc.) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.). Startup experience strongly preferred. • (Practical experience is important. We should not hire someone straight out of a masters or PhD program) • You have experience running and interpreting the results of A/B tests. • You can effectively communicate analyses and results with leaders at all levels from product managers, engineers, designers to executive leadership. People get excited after meetings with you. • You have a degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science or commensurate work experience. • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to turn uncertainty into action. You know how to make things happen. • You’re comfortable working on a distributed team. • Are located in NYC or San Francisco and willing to come hang out in the office with us.
