Description
• Provide technical support for WordPress performance-related issues • Troubleshoot deeply into WordPress and platform-related queries for enterprise clients and agencies • Communicate with other teams within Pressable & Automattic • Respond to inquiries through email tickets and live chats
Requirements
• Expert in WordPress and its common and advanced issues • Advanced foundation in investigating WordPress performance issues • Understanding of WordPress security issues • Understanding core web technology related to WordPress • Familiarity with HTTP request methods, status codes, redirects, cookies, headers, CSP, HSTS, and CORS • Understanding and ability to leverage browser developer tools • Knowledge with common web technologies including PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Git • Eagerness to learn and adaptability for teaching others • Self-driven work ethic
