Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience in similar role in a mid-sized contact center • Minimum 4 years experience in Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) telephony systems (NICE) and Salesforce.com • Minimum 6 years managing technology teams • Minimum 6 years managing complex technology solutions including B2B workflows • Mastery operating in Agile or Hybrid delivery models • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
