Description

• Plays a key role in leading strategic improvements within revenue cycle processes at Natera. • Oversees reimbursement and revenue cycle operations impacting financial performance. • Manages revenue cycle projects by identifying opportunities for process improvement. • Serves as a source of knowledge and performs analysis to identify trends. • Develops workflows and tracks all aspects related to the life of a claim. • Establishes working relationships with departments impacting revenue cycle.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience or Master’s degree in Healthcare financials or equivalent degree. • 7-10 years of revenue cycle experience.
