β€’ Avantor is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to optimize our Bay Area market. β€’ This role will be field-based and require daily face-to-face sales efforts in supporting the San Francisco/Bay Area. β€’ The Sales Representative will work closely within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the company business strategy.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a complex sales environment is required. β€’ Experience with dynamic, multi-collaborative solution based selling approach. β€’ A proven track record of verifiable sales success driving growth with a consultative, strategic selling approach. β€’ Microsoft Office experience required, with preference for technology platform experience such as SAP C4C and/or Qlikview. β€’ Degree with a concentration in a scientific field. β€’ Science or Business background. β€’ Preferred sales experience within the Pharmaceutical, BioPharma, Industrial industries. β€’ Distribution experience. β€’ Prior or current work in a laboratory or research environment. β€’ Willingness to travel to customer locations within the assigned territory.
