Description

• Join the Sales team shaping the future of AI-powered shopping experiences across global software platforms • Responsible for the sales cycle, from building pipeline to closing net new logos • Make daily outbound connections with prospective customers • Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts while documenting activities and customer interactions in Salesforce • Collaborate with cross functional teams to share continual insight into market conditions, customer needs, successes and challenges • Build relationships with merchant stakeholders to prepare and execute on agreements and license subscriptions • Facilitate the post sale handoff of the customer to the appropriate Merchant Success team-member

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of Sales, Business Development, or Account Management • Strong demonstrable project management skills • Understanding of and ability to execute a SaaS sales model including post-sale support • Experience within E-commerce space a plus • Ability to work remotely effectively • Dedicated to creating your own pipeline through referrals, cold outreach, and other sales methodologies • Prior experience creating and closing your own pipeline • Willingness to travel to partner offices, conferences, and events domestically 20-50% of the time • Energized by building something new in a fast-paced, startup environment • Set and exceed ambitious targets including quotas with a growth mindset • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
