Join a global leader in providing bolt installation tools for bridges, buildings, and large-scale industrial products that offer high-quality solutions to meet industry needs. β€’ We are seeking an exceptional Outside Sales Representative who has a minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of building relationships and closing deals in industrial or construction-related markets. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be crucial in expanding the company's presence in the Northeast, promoting the bolt installation tools to customers in the bridge, building, and large-scale industrial sectors. Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in a related industry (e.g., industrial tools, construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing). β€’ Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, from decision-makers to technical staff. β€’ Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing complex sales. β€’ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a remote work environment. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach. β€’ Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical product features and benefits. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office suite. β€’ Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Northeast territory. β€’ Experience selling products or solutions for the construction, industrial, or infrastructure sectors. β€’ Familiarity with bolt installation tools or related products is a plus. β€’ Ability to leverage digital tools and technology for sales tracking and customer management. β€’ Being able to lift at least 50 Lbs.

Benefits
