• About Avive: Avive Solutions, Inc. is a growth stage Automated External Defibrillator (AED) company. • We are a mission-driven team saving lives by addressing Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA). • Looking for a full-time Account Executive to manage territory and prospect new customers. • Only candidates in the DC/Maryland/Virginia (DMV) region will be considered.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in outside sales or 2+ years selling AEDs in the field. • Deep experience performing in-person sales presentations and demonstrating products (SaaS and physical products). • Experience owning a territory, identifying decision-makers, and driving demand. • Someone willing to dive into a new project, fail fast, figure out what works, and scale efforts. • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and other sales-based tools and programs. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability. • Curious, adaptable, and coachable, not afraid to learn about new tools, systems, and best practices. • Flexible and patient, understanding that new companies grow and change. • An active listener, great at relationship building, overcoming objections tactfully. • Passionate about our mission of saving lives. • (Bonus) Experience selling AEDs or life-safety equipment to public agencies and businesses alike.
