•About Aztec: At Aztec, our goal is to add privacy to Ethereum. •We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to help drive the growth of Aztec. •You will gain a wide range of experience, engaging with various different types of stakeholder across Aztec’s stack. •The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the potential current blockchains offer. •Work closely with the Head of Business Development, generating leads, managing existing relationships, conducting market research. •Support the commercial team’s growth initiatives and collaborate with product and marketing teams.
•2+ years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in Web3 (preferably at a start-up), with a track record of success •Self starter who will proactively undertake work and pursue opportunities, in line with the team’s objectives •High integrity representative who understands the importance of delivering exceptional, white-glove service to partners and collaborators •Time management and analytical skills to evaluate priorities, ensure efficient resource allocation and delivery of numerous multiple workstreams within a dynamic, fast-paced environment •Excellent communication (verbally and written) and relationship-building skills to manage external and internal stakeholders •Comfortable networking across a range of communication channels and ability to tailor networking style dependant on platform •Crypto native: hands on experience onchain and strong understanding of concepts, products, and culture. •High conviction on the need for privacy onchain •Existing network within the industry •Experience working with a technical or privacy focused product
