• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SaaS Sales Manager to join our growing team at Bask Health. • You will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets for our SaaS healthcare solutions. • You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and building strong relationships with Customers. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and continuous growth. • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals. • Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the healthcare industry. • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales. • Experience in SaaS/E-commerce is highly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
