β€’ Support a variety of administrative and sales tasks β€’ Build and maintain client relationships, processing changes accurately β€’ Leverage insurance knowledge for effective communication β€’ Focus on maintaining data integrity of systems Salesforce and Applied Epic β€’ Collaborate with brokers and other departments β€’ Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication emphasized β€’ Analyze risk, coverage, program structure and recommend options β€’ Manage and oversee new business and renewal processes β€’ Assemble submissions for underwriters based on client information β€’ Negotiate premium, coverage and other terms on behalf of clients

Requirements

β€’ 4+ years Insurance account management experience β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat β€’ Adaptable to new computer functions and processes β€’ Works well in high demand and fast paced environment β€’ Able to work independently as well as work cooperatively in a team environment
