Description

• This role is the key contact for assigned accounts within a territory. • Provides tactical sales direction and communication strategies to defend existing business and gain new business. • Focused on growth of an assigned territory with a focus on growing share of wallet. • Delivers sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned territory. • Manages account(s) in support of customer needs and effectively communicates the needs to the internal organization. • Grows relationships with customers based upon trust and respect, enhancing proactive & complex conversations. • Coordinates Sales Management, R&D, Marketing and Field Service in support of validation trials and customer trials. • Responsible for the management of Account Planning, Pipeline management, profitability improvements, and churn management in CRM tool.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 3+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management, preferably within the packaging industry • Experience in working in a large scale business-to-business environment • Ability to travel domestically & internationally 60% of time.
