Description

Mid-Market Account Managers at Ramp serve as the primary point of contact post-sale • Responsible for driving product and spend activation and long-term growth • Develop trusted advisor relationships with executives and end-users alike • Helping customers succeed with platform adoption and ensuring they receive maximum value from our solutions

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of customer success or account management experience in a B2B organization • New customer onboarding and product adoption experience • Direct revenue closing experience (renewals, cross-sell/upsell, or new business) • Ability to anticipate customers’ needs to identify growth opportunities across various types of accounts • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and apply them to customer activation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills • Organizational, project management, and time management skills • High adaptability and desire to operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment • Nice to Haves: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, experience with financial services sales, experience at a high-growth startup, expertise in using Salesforce, Outreach, or other productivity tools
