Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator or Administrative Assistant coordinating interviews in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • The ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates • Patience and adaptability • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills • Strong coordination and planning abilities • Ability to manage time efficiently and problem solve independently • Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
