Description

β€’ As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the sales process. β€’ Working remotely, BDRs use various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and online presentations, to connect with inbound leads and convert them into customers. β€’ This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a results-driven mindset. β€’ Lead Generation: Qualify and outreach to qualified leads generated by marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries. β€’ Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective customers via phone, email, and text messages. β€’ Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify potential business opportunities. β€’ Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers to understand their needs and challenges. β€’ Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to create tailored presentations. β€’ Clearly articulate product features, benefits, programs and value propositions to potential customers. β€’ Sales Negotiation: Lead sales negotiations, presenting value-based solutions and overcoming objections. β€’ Handle objections with a consultative sales approach. β€’ Closing Deals: Guide leads through the sales funnel and close deals to achieve sales targets. β€’ Meet or exceed monthly and/or quarterly sales targets. β€’ Achieve monthly and/or quarterly pipeline and opportunity generation targets. β€’ Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. β€’ CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce. β€’ Maintain a well-organized pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting. β€’ Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights. β€’ Provide feedback to improve sales processes and strategies. β€’ Manage the entire sales cycle while leveraging insights and support from other departments. β€’ Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and sales techniques. β€’ Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

β€’ The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can captivate an audience, demonstrate value and respond effectively to client needs. β€’ 1+ years of proven experience in a high velocity inside sales role. β€’ Retail sales doesn't align with the qualifications needed. β€’ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β€’ Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. β€’ Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
