Description

•Business Development Representative plays a crucial role in generating new business opportunities. •Work closely with Account Executives, Solutions, and Sales Leadership to identify, engage, and qualify leads. •Drive awareness and adoption of Persefoni’s climate solutions.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in sales, business or related field •1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role, preferably in SaaS / technology sales •Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients. •Self-motivated and proactive: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while contributing to team goals. •Sales skills: Experience in cold calling, developing prospecting strategies, objection handling, and lead qualification; a strong interest in developing a career in full-cycle complex sales. •Technically savvy: Ability to quickly learn and understand the Persefoni platform and communicate its value to prospects. •CRM proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage leads, track activities, and report results.
