• The Vice President of Federal Sales is responsible for Thinklogical's US Military & Intelligence business. • This role will define and communicate sales strategy in line with short and long-term business objectives. • The Vice President of Federal Sales will lead a team of Sales Directors. • The successful candidate will exhibit excellent leadership skills and experience in working with the Military and Intelligence market. • Extensive experience with the government procurement processes is required. • This position will be located primarily in the Washington, DC area. • Ownership for a defined set of sales targets aligned to the responsibilities of the role. • Create, develop and lead a professional and high-performance sales organization. • Strategically plan, develop and execute against Sales Plans to meet the strategic goals. • Build long-term, value-adding relationships with Channel partners and End Customers. • Drive business development activities including identification of new market opportunities. • Communicate vision, goals and objectives to the team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Sales, or relevant field; • 8+ years of related industry experience, with 5+ years' experience in a sales leadership • Extensive successful experience in working with Military and Intelligence organizations • Experience selling AV, VTC and or VDI is a plus; including selling legacy solutions considered competitive to Thinklogical • Past military or intelligence experience prior to a sales career is a plus • Security clearance is a plus • Travel 60% including globally
