📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth • Establish and expand supply chain automation business in pharmaceutical industry • Drive revenue growth by identifying customer needs and pursuing new business opportunities • Promote Körber products such as AGVs, 3D pallet shuttles, and case-handling solutions • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new customers • Collaborate with departments or suppliers for correct service configuration and pricing • Partner with sales managers for pharma-specific logistics solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field • At least 10 years of complex sales solutions experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or field of intralogistics, warehouse automation, or material handling • Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally • Proven record of developing industry-specific strategies • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels • Business acumen, sales affinity, and entrepreneurial mindset • Working knowledge of CAD systems, preferably AutoCAD • Proven mechanical and controls engineering skills
