📋 Description
• The Director of Franchise Sales will play a pivotal role in driving year-over-year unit growth in our franchise network • Responsible for identifying and securing new franchisees, managing relationships with existing franchise partners, and overseeing the strategic development of our franchise system • Work with prospective franchisees to educate them on the franchise opportunity, screening them through financial qualifications, and leading them to business ownership through deal execution • Responsible for driving new unit growth with new franchisees and incremental growth with existing franchisees across WellBiz Brands beauty & wellness portfolio. • Lead expansion efforts in North and Central America, working alongside the sales team.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years of franchise sales experience • Bachelor's degree preferred • Understanding of franchise legal regulations and guidelines • Understanding of business loan and financing processes and regulations • Experience using a CRM and sales pipeline management system • Ability to travel to relevant conferences and in-market visits (~40% travel required) • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone and Zoom
