Description

β€’ We are looking for a Key Account Director to join our team at BenchSci. β€’ This person will spearhead delivering novel AI technology impacting research at some of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. β€’ Reporting to the Vice President of Key Accounts, this position will manage the business relationship, deliverables, and total revenue for the account. β€’ This leadership role will actively support our mission to help scientists bring new drugs to patients 50% faster. β€’ BenchSci is a remote first organization. β€’ At this moment, we are welcoming applicants from Canada, the US and the UK for this position.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 8+ years of experience in key account management/management consulting, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets. β€’ Experience in the technology and pharma industry. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships. β€’ Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions. β€’ Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. β€’ Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. β€’ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth. β€’ Ability to navigate a team through ambiguity. β€’ Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. β€’ Bachelor's degree in business administration, science, AI, or a related field. β€’ Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
