Description

• Seeking an Account Executive who will sell Fidelity’s health & welfare administrative services • Responsible for developing and executing strategies for selling to workplace customers • Manage internal and external relationships and qualifying sales leads • Identify customer needs, present the product value proposition, and close sales • Support the development of sales collateral and improve sales and marketing efforts • Work with product management to demonstrate product capabilities

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the H&W industry and the product and services landscape • Adept at developing and executing on a personal sales plan • Experience with closing enterprise sales in the national accounts market • A natural fit within Fidelity’s culture of teamwork and ethics • Requires ~60-75% travel • College degree preferred or equivalent experience • Must currently have or obtain insurance producer licenses for Group Life, Accident & Health and Property & Casualty (P&C) licenses for individual products within 120 days of hire
