β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β’ Previous experience in sales, with a robust network of employee benefit consultants/brokers. β’ Experience selling pre-tax benefit products with a proven track record of obtaining/exceeding annual quotas for net new revenue. β’ Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline from employee benefits consultants/brokers. β’ Familiarity with SFDC, Gong, and other sales tools to run an effective sales process.
