🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Previous experience in sales. A robust network of employee benefit consultants/brokers. • Experience selling pre-tax benefit products with a proven track record of obtaining/exceeding annual quotas for net new revenue. • Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline from employee benefits consultants/brokers. • Familiarity with SFDC, Gong, and other sales tools to run an effective sales process.
