β’ BE Power Equipment is a leading manufacturer of pressure washers, air compressors, generators and water pumps. β’ Currently adding to our Outside Sales Representative team for The Mid-West USA territory. β’ Responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with customers throughout the territory. β’ Uncovering and growing new opportunities, with travel throughout the territory including overnight. β’ Ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, negotiation and self-management skills. β’ Must reside in the Mid-west USA territory.
β’ Understand and practice the Challengers Sales Model. β’ Have an assertive approach to sales and management of accounts. β’ Knowledge & understanding of how buying groups operate and function. β’ Have a proven record of sales achievement and at least 3 years of direct dealer sales experience. β’ Have a technical aptitude and be mechanically inclined. β’ Have strong organizational & multi-tasking skills. β’ Be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (including intermediate level Excel) β’ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in any of the following industries: Tool Retailer, Industrial, Lawn & Garden, Equipment Rental
